- A photo of your Vehicle Identification Number (17 digit number).
- A photo of your Odometer reading showing the vehicle's mileage.
- A copy of Insurance company's estimate.
- Multiple photos (all 4 corners of the vehicle).
- Close up photos of the actual damaged panels/parts.
